- Can anyone confirm for me that Tickets-center. com is legit?
I fell for one of these scalping sites (Event Tickets Center) just two days ago when trying to purchase tickets for a comedy show that will take place in May I made a couple of fatal errors including clicking the first link I saw on Google (never do that) and thinking I was on a site that would provide me the actual tickets (not resell)

Bought tickets in Dec 2023 from Tickets-Center com for Stones concert May 2024 Section Row were stated but not seat numbers Challenged TC to document the seats existed TC stated they do not have the tickets (original seller holds them) but just said "Seller had confirmed my order" Asked for documentation that tickets existed

I explained how I was extremely uncomfortable they failed to disclose the tickets wouldn't be electronically delivered until another date I wouldn't have agreed to that had they been forthright that the tickets wouldn't be electronically delivered immediately after it was processed I did call tickets-center to complain and ask for a refund

Contact Tickets-Center, they don’t have a phone line, just an automated message to setup a live chat During the live chat, they repeatedly beat around the bush with counterproductive questions, and consistently “misunderstood” the situation that I had explained multiple times by now Inevitably they didn’t help

I recently fell victim to Event Ticket Center I did indeed pay at least 3x the price for the tickets, and I’ve yet to receive my tickets
