Dropbox IS a piece of trash, you are correct! I think Google Drive is a pain in the ass too (although not nearly as unbearable as Dropbox) Both are terrible to work with on a professional level I can't stand receiving large packages beyond a few small files through either of these services

Hello Dropbox does have a feature that allows you to view the activity on your account, including who has viewed and edited files, but it doesn't have a feature that specifically tracks file views without downloads The feature is called "Event log" or "Audit log" which is available for Dropbox Business and Dropbox Enterprise accounts
