I am looking for feedback on finding the best fit dress shirt as the regular and regular tall (not big regal) sizes at Jos A Bank are way too wide at the mid section for me I am built very similar to an NFL defensive end at 6'3-6'4 255 lbs with about a 19 5" neck and about 37-38 inch sleeve length

Depending on who makes the shirt I'm either a 16 or 16 5 neck and the sleeves are about 32 or 32 33 I always have to go with the slim fit shirts because with that size neck, the body is huge in regular fit dress shirts Like I said the JOS a Bank tailored fit in 16 32 sleeve fits Banana Repub Medium classic fit works also
