Aoudad grow their horns pretty fast, but when those rams get about eight or nine years old they start looking more like a buffalo in body configuration I agree with prior post in that I have never seen a great ram that did not have good chaps

I have only taken a handful of Aoudad myself, but based on my limited experience I also fall into the 6 5 PRC is plenty camp I would probably run a bullet in the 140-156gn range personally to get all the BC I could, anticipating a longer shot with the wind conditions likely being less than ideal

I agree 100%, I think Berger is more vigilant about there tips now I have shot 6 Aoudad all with Berger 180 grain Hybrid, 215 Hybrid, 140 Hybrid, 250 Elite hunter Never had a sheep not go down I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to shoot the 168 Just make a good shot "Placement " Any bullet can fail with bad placement 1
