Azurewrath was (and still is) awesome - the combination of speed, good damage, magic cold damage, +skill, and Sanctuary (which is incredibly underrated) makes it very versatile Great combination of attack defense You used to be able to trade for it for um or mal, so amazingly cheap compared to the big runewords

The Sanctuary aura when equipped makes your melee attacks ignore physical resistance immunity of undead So ED on a jewel will work against ghosts, though not other types of physical immunes (itchies, minotaurs, witches ) Um is a possibility Open Wounds works against all physical immunes, deals okay-ish damage and stops regeneration which is pretty helpful

Azurewrath's cold or magic damage won't get multiplied like this and they are just added on top of the physical damage you would do otherwise (You could have some cold facets to boost the cold damage slightly but that would be just silly ) Grief also has better stats besides the damage
