- Exactly what Bilstein Shocks are put on Trd-off road?
It's 4600 series shocks, but the attachment hardware for Toyota Bilstein Tacoma shocks is different than from what you get directly from Bilstein I found this out the hard way I bought some fronts and rears to replace the Hitachis on my SR5 from facebook marketplace, because the Hitachis are genuinely hard shocks
- Bilstein 5100 w OME 885 - Tacoma World
I would recomend Bilstein 5100's set at "0" and put OME 885's on I just had Bilstein 5100's set at "0" and OME 885x's installed 5 days ago The front of my truck went up 2 1 2 inches like expected If it went to 3" or over I would have needed UCA's ect My truck rides better, stiffer in front not soft and when braking there is no dipping forward

- ICON Stage 2 vs. Bilstein 6112 5160 - Tacoma World
Only looking for 1 5-2" total lift I was leaning towards the Bilstein 6112 5160 with some sort of a 3 leaf AAL in back (planning on leaving the overload leaf in, I have a Leer shell and generally a decent amount of weight) I just discovered the ICON Stage 2 kit w AAL, and while it is more expensive than the Bilstein, its not out of my price
