The Spotify web player uses AAC 128 kbps if you use Free tier and AAC 256 kbps if you're a Premium user There's no way to change the audio quality in web player, and there's no Volume Normalization on it either I also have Deezer app set to Hi-Fi (1411kbps) and Volume Normalization Off (because this option doesn't work well on Deezer)
