I was with USAA for banking since 2013, but was considering switching banks in mid-2023 There's nothing *wrong* with USAA's banking platform - solid bank, but not much in incentives to stay there Interest rate sucks (like it does with most brick mortars), no great features, etc I checked Ally and then heard about SoFi

I’ve been in banking for 10 years and yes, there are some genuinely awful people working at middle management and the executive level and psycho clients, but that’s every industry the higher up the chain you get I’ve found a smaller bank with much better people working there and don’t have much interaction with clients in my role
