BF UV-5R, BF UV-17 Pro GPS, Baofeng UV-5RM (basically a large UV-5R w digital screen and the ability to listen to AM airband channels), and then I recently picked up a Quansheng UV-K5 (8) and an orange UV-K6 All purchased on Aliexpress I do agree with the others that the Quansheng is your best bang for buck

The Baofeng GM-15 shown on Amazon looks like a clone of the Radioddity GM-30 TIDRadio TD-H5 Ruged CMRS2 and Pofung P15UV (which I own and gave to my grandson) • Where did you get your software? • Have you been able to get CPS programming software to work in the past, if so, which radio? • From where did you acquire your programming cable?
