I’m trying to download overwatch 2 and it said to put a phone number, so I put my phone number but now it’s saying “detecting humanity, only humans are allowed to create a battle net account

The issue is that i cant remember which account my main is on, so im worried putting a sub on the wrong account I cant seem to figure out a way to check which characters i have on each account, can somebody point me in the right direction? Thanks :)!

Once you are in under account settings manually remove your authenticator, click on you got a new device and you will be able to log in and out freely Once you have the battlenet app installed and logged in on your new phone enable its authenticator option when it pops up (may take a couple visits to the app to come up)

Worked immediately Eagle-2832 October 27, 2024, 12:11pm 21 I have been trying to create a battle net account for my son for two days now, and the damn verification dice game (which takes WAY too long) keeps telling me I am not human I have tried Edge and Firefox I have tried new bare account, or connecting with existing Google or Steam account
