Some of the brightest bioluminescence I've seen was at Grassy Point on Hornby, but if you don't want to head all the way over there then just check out your local beaches It will generally be brighter in relatively shallow bays with less water exchange and calmer waters because the dinoflagelate bloom will be more concentrated
