The way Boosty is describing their business model throughout my discussion with them might be summed up as a throughput The payer (the one who wants an art piece), uses Paypal to send money to Boosty, which then sends that cash to the Author (the Artist) However, Boosty doesn't hold the money (maybe, I'm asking them about this right now)

Boosty replies to the ticket, they say their ToS does NOT allow buying and selling art, they immediately ban my boosty account for buying art (funny enough the artists account which still claims they're selling art on there is still up) and tell me they refuse to give me a refund I replied back with more evidence and such, but

When I went to go check on Boosty again, I noticed 0-ruff had then upped the payment from $98 to $100 after I had paid I confronted 0-ruff about this and provided screenshots of my completed payment, their updated price, and the Google currency exchange (which they claimed to be using) which showed I had already paid the full amount they asked
