This is a Lake Erie Beach find from Western PA I don't know if it is fossiliferous or not It was unique, and it isn't biological My only guess is maybe some type of Bryozoan but I have never seen any that are black like this

Agreed! I love sponges, corals, and bryozoan, but trying to ID them can drive one mad!
