Yes, the controller must be using the DsHidMini driver (plus BthPS3 for BT connectivity) and be set in DsHidMini's DS4Windows mode ScpToolKit needs to be fully removed before installing dshidmini to prevent issues and for the controller to actually load the dshidmini driver
