I'm going to assume you meant wind buffeting instead of wind buffering, in which case I will completely disagree with you Buffeting is not even remotely a joy, in fact it is highly irritating, fatiguing, and can literally blur your vision all of which is very distracting and has the potential to increase the likelyhood of a crash
