I've been playing some dry runs of a Romanian game where I wanna' go down the Balkan Dominance tree So far, my strategy has been to focus on economic focuses while I build up my army (I figure I need 55 divisions of int art with Recon, Engineers, Arty and AT to unlock the relevant national focuses concerning Hungary and Bulgaria)
