These are Marzocchi forks with a pressed in bushing that I need to get out but don't know the right way I got the other bushing out but not in a way

I don't own a DR, but as I recall they use tapered rubber damper bushings If this is the case, you don't want to over torque the bolts as it would compress the bushings to the point where additional vibration could be transmitted to the the handlebars You need only enough torque to preload the rubber bushings and stabilize the bars

Using rubber bushings to isolate the cooler and the bracket, and plenty of hose clamps, I got it dial in The hoses are temp wired in place with 12 ga copper wire which will be replaced with double hose clamps, and I'll eventually replace the 90's with 304 stainless steel 10mm elbows
