So yes, you can drop off at any VAC or Drop box location regardless of your appointment location Just note the below points make sure your appointment confirmation letter says 'Interview Waiver' under Visa Priority make sure you go to the VAC Drop box location of your choice only on the date time mentioned on the appointment letter

Yes, but only because I went to my local UPS customer center and told them the location of the box and it turned out the driver wasn’t always picking up there… 👀 the best way to handle is to go to the local UPS to talk to a human and just nicely explain the situation and see if they can have someone double check the drop box just to be sure
