Additional info: I stopped trying to use Notion as my one and only life planner Now I use it in combination with other applications Notion for notes, To-doist for tasks, and Google Calendar for time blocking events The shortcuts Todoist and Google calendar have (ex reocurring tasks, keyboard shortcuts) make my personal workflow faster
