I am writing to report an issue with the Canvas login page for our program As shown in the attached screenshot, the page displays large text saying "Instructor" overlaid on the interface This obstructs us from logging in properly

As an extra note to what Chris said, check if your school has a link on their site to Canvas Many institutions have a unique address for accessing Canvas If you are Google searching for Canvas, it takes you to a generic page for Free users that will be different from your school's login page This

If you have an external authentication system set up and one of your users clicks on the Forgot Password button on the Canvas login screen, it will let you put in an email to send a reset password link but it's likely the email will say that the password is managed by a different system This is what Kona is talking about
