When I go into settings Notifications Announce Notifications Carplay, Announce Messages is Turned on, yet underneath this setting it specifically says, message announcements are currently silenced

Apple CarPlay works great as you would expect… both wired and wireless There is zero latency and it works as good or better than I've seen in OEM CarPlay examples from Volkswagen, Mazda, etc I’ve always preferred wired though and I’ll keep trying both to find the best option for me I like wired as it charges my phone and is 100% reliable
