Especially if you want to try fullpower decks to go into leagues with, or just to try to get better at mtg I definitely would recommend trying the cardhoarder rental It would be somewhat difficult to find a deck for less than 100$ and even if you make a budget version, or find a somewhat competitive looking list there is always something lost
