The sad thing is that even if you have a Citrix server with nVidia Grid card that is completely made for remote use of 3D applications, that even then the message appears for every Citrix user, even though performance is NOT greatly reduced on such performant hardware

Citrix is just one example of virtual environment and Desktop Connector is not tested on them at this time Therefore support for virtual environment has not changed till this point You may find that it works for your situation, but when calling support to report issues you will be asked to reproduce the issue in a supported environment (not virtual)
