El Vez burrito bar in Tribeca is essentially a much better version of Chipotle or Dos Toros and they give you a TON of food EL Vez is the restaurant but they have a separate entrance for their "burrito bar" which is essentially a create your own bowl burrito I believe the burrito bar is only open for lunch time during weekdays

Chipotle flour tortillas are delicious and again, I'm not rolling my burrito bowl on a gross food court table because it's not clean and I don't trust the sanitizer to do things either I'm also decent at rolling one (made one with refried beans today) and it nearly came apart at the end since it was very liquid
