You should double check the routing number and account number with the bank It must have got entered wrong or her name is not the same on the account

I just received a check from Civista Bank The last mention of it appears to be from 2019 in conjunction with a different bank? Is this a legit payment? I realized after I had submitted my taxes I put in the wrong routing number so was expecting either a notification to correct it or something from turbotax I just don't want to open myself up to a fraudulent payment

Civista bank never bothered to send the money to my bank account, and if I didn't noticed not sure anyone would bother to notify me I have been using Turbotax for years, and this was the first time I chose to allow them to deduct from my return
