I can take 600mg codeine and not get high so even though I've never tried any strong opiates like oxycodone or hydromorphone the 90mg of codeine I've got left definitely won't get me high Anyway I think if I drank first I heard it potentiates and obviously mixing with alcohol is going to increase sedation

It's probably been said but never take codeine with MDMA as codeine inhibits CYP2D6, the enzyme preferred required for the metabolism of both Dihydrocodeine with MDMA is not safe either, as although most is eliminated unchanged, depending upon individual metabolism some may also be metabolised (O-methylation) via 2D6
