I've owned my house for a bit over 21 years In 2013 it was transferred to Freedom Mortgage, and it was never paid 30 days late (maybe 4 or 5 late charges but not 30 days late) My entire credit report is 100% spotless, with no late payments at all (until now) My utilization is a bit high, but nothing terrible or derogatory on my report
