Bread Comenity is more than a bit of a pain in this sense Basically each account (card) has its own password but they generally have you use the same userid I saw a post on reddit a while back that had a clunky workaround but does seem to work It goes like this:

Re: Comenity Points Power Mastercard - Anyone know more about this card? Usually, from my experience, when there's a page for existing card holders, but no way to apply, it's a card that Comenity is in the process of discontinuing
