It's a shame that Rumpole and the Penge Bungalow Murder was never filmed as a special They'd need a younger version of Leo McKern to play Rumpole, since the action takes place very early in Rumpole's career For added brownie points, they could cast Leo's daughter Abigail in a part for an older woman - I wonder which character she could play
