Do I still have to log in with Battle net while playing on steam? You have to connect your Battle net account once and everything from there migrates over to Steam Characters, cosmetics, etc

Every time I try to log into the mobile app it just keeps me in an endless loop of entering my password I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache and data, restarted the phone, and still the problem persists

I faced the same login loop issue on the battle net desktop app The fix that worked for me was to completely clear the app cache and log in as Administrator Once I did that, the CAPTCHA stopped looping and I could log in normally

Can you login to any of your Battle net Account on your phone? If you can, that suggests the issue is with your PC If you’re using a password manager, make sure it isn’t using an old password As for any freeze or restriction, you’d see a notice stating as such and I believe you’d also get an email
