Hello, I was hiking outside of Leavenworth, Wa and saw this reddish color rock l on a side of a hill that had given way recently I noticed what looked like a chunk of bone sticking out of it and it was petrified I cleaned it up and asked a couple of people about it and was told it looked like Coprolite with a lot of bone chunks thru-out it

Hi all, I'm a new user to the forum I found this near Essaouira on a recent holiday in Morocco I think it may be coprolite, it is stone but looks like very like the fresh camel fresh dung that was on the same beach It is about 30mm round and 12mm thick Thanks in advance for any thoughts, Chris
