I bought my fishing license online Friday night and the Discover Pass was $33 Here is the answer: The Discover Pass costs $30 from State Parks or DOL WDFW sells the Discover Pass for $33 with an additional $2 service fee So the best option is to purchase the pass from State Parks or from DOL when registering boat or vehicle
