It mainly manages settings for Intel's Integrated Graphics, so you shouldn't face any issues by removing it Alternatively, if you'd prefer to keep it but reduce RAM usage, you can disable it from starting up automatically or simply end the task in the taskbar

The Intel Graphics software is just related to settings for that, if you disable it, it won't launch with your PC but you can still get to it in your Start Menu if you need to run it
