my shop is set up the same way and everything ships free i’ve always just done my own shipping all of my listings still have shipping at $0 you can opt out of depop shipping by going into the shipping settings under shop settings and choosing other and setting the price to $0 only downside is you have to use your own shipping instead of getting a label from depop hope this helps!
