I'll just interject the point that stone isn't even a top 5 San Diego county brewery Alpine, Ballast Point, Alesmith, Bruery, Lost Abbey Port are all better Ouch, Bruery's a better San Diego County brewery than Stone, and they're not even in SD County

hi all- we threw our first batch into our unitank last night! we’re not going to ferment under pressure this round, but would like to use the carb stone to carbonate the beer at the end of fermentation what psi do you folks usually use, and how long? 5 5 gallon beer in 7 gallon unitank

The big problem I was having using a carbonation stone was under carbonation of my beer I did exercise all of the normal procedures; making sure the beer was near freezing, getting the stone near the bottom of the keg, etc and still had the same problem under carbonated!

Stone has consistently said they would not publish the recipe, though there are some recipes out there that claim to be very close A brewing buddy of mine is going to try one this weekend so if it turns out okay in a few months I will ask him to post back here
