Word of Advice : If you create a New account without a Phone Number on Discord Try to log in to the account in Mobile Apps So, That they do verify you are not a Robot You are mostly likely caught in the Spam filter as you might be using a Free VPN (with Changing locations) or using Discord only in the Web App
