Personally think that Santic is a better buffer than Diviner however But if you go into any of the psyker disciplines with the intent of making it your main identity, don't They're a supplement to your base skills, and a good chunk of the power from being a psyker comes from the talents

Diviner has some good defensive combat buffs, but it's more important to think about what attack types you want this character to use Melee? Ranged? Psyker attacks? The way the game handles psyker buff abilities is that you fold them into your regular attack routine

Strongest right out of character creation is probably Telepath Pyro and Bio take a few levels for the damage to really kick in (Bio is melee focused, Pyro can be melee or long ranged) Bio is also a bit more of hybrid of damage and buffing debuffing Sanctic and Diviner are more support oriented (though Sanctic does have damage options) If you want a blaster type Psyker, Id recommend
