- How to see Drafts, Sent Mail, Junk, Outbox, etc
I am using office 365 on google chrome and trying to see the Drafts, Sent Mail, Junk, Outbox, etc folders However, in the navigation pane I only see 2 drop down menus: folders and groups, which don't have what I want It seems like it should be obvious how to do this since it is a basic feature of email but I can't figure it out Thanks!

I agree Finding drafts should be easy I typically have 30+ chats each day and going back a week, I'll have over 100 Opening all these non labeled chats to try and find one in particular is a challenge And don't get me started at how Teams chat doesn't have the ability to group chats for easy use like Slack does

I have recently had a lot of my emails show up in both the sent folder and then immediately after showing up in the outbox as queued or drafts If I close the outlook app on my laptop and re-open it, the outbox becomes empty I have tried looking up trouble shooting steps but none of the suggestions are options in the outlook app that I have
