Serious question If duck Hunter numbers are dropping nationwide, why is it getting harder and harder to find somewhere to hunt? We have states out west coming up with ways to limit out-of-state duck hunting, even North Dakota is getting more and more difficult to hunt Duck hunting on the East Coast is nonexistent unless you pay big money And most of the ones willing to pay it are duck
