As you probably know, the E3 was a rebadged Cockshutt 30, and there's a lot more info available if you Google the Cockshutt Manual seems to indicate Champion J5 plugs, which cross-references to an NGK B7S (or NGK 3710) I'd always go with NGK

Three places on the E3 Rear end, transmission and intermediate housing (where the pulley is) and all get 80W-90 IRRC trans and intermediate are filled from the same port but there are two side by side drain plugs on the left side

Lots of E2, E3, E4 E5 or Cockshutt versions around my but very few No 1, No 2 No 3 The No 3 is a 6 cylinder tractor while the No 1 2 are 4 cylinder same as the E3 or 30 The E series does not use the word Number in the model like the older ones do

This is a picture of my 1947 E3 I'm pretty sure the paint was original when I got it I found a small piece of metal with paint on it and took it to Lowes where the guy stuck it in a computerized machine, and it told him how to mix the paint Not shiny like automotive paint more like 1947 factory paint

The 30 I have is an older restoration with the Cockshutt decals on the side of the hood and Cockshutt plate on the grille I am new to the world of Cockshutt, but have done some research online, however I still have a few questions about the model 30 I know the 30 was sold as the Co-Op E3 and also the Gambels Farmcrest in the United States
