Little late but im prety sure the best and easiest way to farm EMC is to just pulverize emerald ore which makes two emeralds which essentially doubles the EMC And bc it's such a valuable material, you can take a stack of emerald ore ( about 1 mio emc) and pulverize it to make over 2 mio emc with very litlle power
