There is absolutely no reason that Healthstream shouldn’t be able to track what you’ve done across systems A huge chunk of them are the save everywhere, like the fire safety, infection control, and ergonomics It would cut out so much BS to only have to do the hospital specific ones

Recently, I have left employment with a hospital system and completely forgot to download my health stream transcript which recorded all of my CE credits I'm up for my CCRN renewal and needed a record of some of the classes in case I get audited Has anyone experienced this before and how did you handle it? My hospital has an educational portal (Healthstream) where we complete mandatory education, and we get access to free CEUs there too I’m pretty sure the CDC has free CEUs as well, it might be through TCEO

Where I work, I can access that certificate from my Healthstream account You may need to contact HR or the unit educator of your previous employer and ask them to print the certificate
