Holley is the easiest to tune compared to "some" others Getting a new carb that is resistance to ethanol gas is a plus My old Holley 750 wasn't ethanol gasoline safe I added secondary jets and removed the metering plate on the back of it He could more than likely run "rec gas" 90 octane non ethanol with his C Ratio
