you need to immediately consult an attorney I find it hard to believe that the wife was not named as a co-owner or some type of beneficiary on the accounts otherwise, it would been highly unusual for Edward Jones to allow them to stay open and for her to access them But an attorney could send a letter to Edward Jones and help sort this out

I recently opened 3 Edward Jones accounts, which I can access online When I try to link the accounts to Quicken, only 1 or the 3 accounts is offered for setup I did setup that one account The Edward Jones technical team says the accounts were properly set up by them and that it must be an issue on the Quicken side How do I get this resolved?

To start with, I suggest deactivating the account(s) experiencing this error, removing the saved login credentials from the Keychain Access app, and then reactivating the accounts However, before doing so, I do recommend saving a backup of your data file first (just in case)

PROBLEM FIXED: I'm a MAC user, Version 6 2 2 (Build 602 39004 100), and was unable to access Edward Jones accounts via Quicken for many weeks Called Edward Jones tech support today they fixed my problem within 2 minutes Apparently the "feature code" within EJ environment to allow me to connect Quicken to EJ account needed to be re-enabled

John, thank you Unfortunately, I am still unable to update Edward Jones accounts I first deleted the KeyChain Access key as you recommended: no luck in Quicken I then deleted the Edward Jones accounts and attempted to re-load them as new accounts: still no luck I am inclined to think Quicken is not using the correct url to access EJ website

At this point, Quicken claims the problem is with Edward Jones, and Edward Jones said the problem is with Quicken :(I've confirmed with Edward Jones that my AccountLink is enabled for 3rd-party application access, and called them back to open an escalated support ticket with the Edward Jones team in the meantime
