The i4 Emira has a GPF in the exhaust, so there’s no way a cat-back alone gives anywhere near 10% more power That’s seriously optimistic Real gains will only come once it’s possible to remove the DPF and tune the ECU (which isn’t doable yet because of the MG1) Until then, the exhaust is mostly about sound, not power

Have an i4 emira still in the break in period ~800miles, and I noticed a big bump in audio quality when doing a usb c to usb c wired connection instead of wireless carplay Am I just imagining this or has anybody else felt that too? It also felt like it reduced the piped in engine noise or perhaps that was just due to the audio being louder

The Noble M500 did a Ford GT engine with a manual No rear boot space however I think the new high performance Emira with a V8 will probably have less storage space available to accommodate the longitudinally designed engine Either that or the re-freshed Emira gets slightly larger Either way, I think we will see a GT3 competitor in 2027
