Your ERLANG_HOME was probably C:\Program Files\erl5 9 2, and just changing to C:\Program Files\erl5 9 2\erts-5 9 2, should have fixed the problem Main point being RabbitMQ and likely anything else using erlang is expecting the home folder to be the parent of "bin" so making sure the variable points to that folder should make for happy apps
