I got multiple errors in my windows! i cant search on windows bar, I cant defrag my drives, the icon on desktop wont save their location after restart the device, CMD is using 2GB of my ram every time i start up my laptop, and for some reason my recovery media is missing so i cant reset or return to my old restoration point

I don't know what the "Intel Media SDKDFP" update is but I contacted HP and they made me download a software hardware diagnostic utility that tested everything (hardware, software, driver updates) and the only thing it found was that my media card reader driver needed to be updated, so I did that, yet I still get these errors
