As the title, im a bit curious about in which order you would have done the exercises in a routine like this Im in a bit of dilemma if i should do the 2 biggest compund movements first even if they dont target the same muscle or if i should simply do all chest quad exercises first and then move on to the other as im used to

I tried so many exercises for the knee My knee catches when I extend it I don't know what started this but I don't know what to do about it The only exercise I haven't tried, I don't know why I haven't tried it, is deadlifting I might try some more squats with weights, but I think deadlifting is going to work if I try it I'll let you know

Hi Done my rotator cuff in about 4 5 weeks ago now, had a break and went back to the gym last week, done a bit of a very light full body to ease me in and now Im going to get back in there properly starting this week I was just wondering whether there's any exercises, compound or otherwise, which I should hold back on untill Im fully confident
