They are legit I've bought returned from farfetch The prices are cheaper because you are buying from individual boutiques across the world so it's a combo of a few things, conversion rate, not having to pay local taxes(one reason why people in the US like to buy abroad because we don't have to pay the vat, so it makes the item cheaper), and they could be having a sale on the item

Farfetch definitely has exhibited above par customer service to me personally I would recommend their services based on that alone I'll definitely also be posting a review reveal of my bag in the Givenchy forum in the coming days (I ended up going with an Antigona vs the Fendi Chameleon)
