In the end I learned if you're using Curseforge for modded, try to "Repair Installation" which is located in the three little dots on the top right corner of your "My Modpacks" menu

Adding to this post As I had a little trouble with this Click the three dots on the side of the modpack name, Click "Profile Options", And make sure "Allow content management for this profile" is turned on A switch should pop up on the mod list to disable each mod 2 mods were preventing era of magic from opening until I figured this out, Dosen't outright delete them, but the game won't load
